1. Place Your Order

Order through Messenger, Email, our Website, or any other method you prefer.
Include:

• Your address
  
• Your phone number
  
• The quantity of canisters you want to exchange
• The Type of canisters exchanged (Quick Connect vs. Twist On)

2. Scheduling

We will book your delivery for one of our regular delivery days:
Monday – Wednesday – Friday (Daytime)
To receive next-day delivery, please place your order before 16:30 the evening prior.

3. Evening-Before Confirmation

The evening before your delivery, we send you a message with a rough ETA for the next day.
We recommend setting a reminder so you don’t forget to put your canisters out.

4. Day-Of Delivery

When we are on the way, we’ll send a second message with a more accurate ETA.
If possible, please place your empty canisters outside in a safe location for a smooth, contactless exchange.

5. Payment

After the exchange is completed, we’ll message you with e-transfer payment details, unless you’ve already paid on our website.
